Create Service Request

There are a couple ways of creating a new Service Request.

GeoCoding:

Click Main Menu > GeoCode Address
Enter address and zip > click Find, then click the address.
This will create a new Service Request at this location.

Right Click on Map

Create a new Service Request

Filter Residents by entering First Name, Last Name, or address.
  • Access field: What you enter into this field will show on hover over.
  • Assigned to: If your tech is assigned to that Zone that tech will populate into this drop down.
  • Actual Site Information: If a neighbor submitted this service request for a neglected pool this is where you would enter the actual property information.
  • Notes: These notes are historical.
  • Response: This is where the tech can enter dates and time that they tried to make contact.
Right click on an existing Service Request > Close Service Request.
If you want to tag a source to this Service Request, Choose Yes then choose source to tag to.
